Releasing Fear of Current Events
There are a lot of things happening, a lot of shifts, changes, crumbling, and transformation that we are currently seeing and experiencing and there is much more to come. From a 3D, contracted view this may all seem scary and it may bring confusion, anger, sadness, anxiety and other heavy symptoms. Take this as an opportunity to become aware of emotions and feelings that you are still holding inside so that you can finally release them all. The more you release them the more space you will have to hold more light, remember light is information so holding more light in your body means you will have a higher perspective of everything that is going on in your life and in the world without being fearful, judgmental, angry or confused.
Let’s bring some awareness and clear some of these fears. Get a pen and paper so that you can write them down.
Take a deep breath, inhale light and imagine yourself in a bubble of pure golden light.
Where in my body am I holding fear of what is happening right now? Weather events, tragic events, news events, political events, religious events, family events.
Where do I sense fear, anger, panic towards what is happening right now?
Where do I feel like a victim and completely hopeless about what is happening right now?
Where do I feel like the world is falling apart and it is ending?
With every exhale we are going to release all these fears, beliefs and emotions.
Take 5 deep breaths and say:
I choose to release all these fears and emotions
I clear and transmute all of these emotions now and forever.
I am ready to release any feelings that make me feel hopeless and like a victim.
I am ready to receive more light so that I can truly know that the world is ascending and shifting to 5D even if I see a lot of things falling apart.
Current systems have to fall apart in order for the new systems to arise.
I am releasing everything that is making me fear the world and its future with ease, love and grace across all dimensional realities, current realities, parallel realities, across all linear and non-linear timelines and all of quantum space.
Keep clearing and releasing until you feel the energy leaving your body. Remember everyone is different, everyone is experiencing these events from their own filters and own belief system but the truth is these events are triggering us and assisting us in becoming aware of what we still hold inside and oh my is it a lot which is why a lot more things are probably going to happen so we can release EVERYTHING heavy that we still hold inside.

Fears, fears, fears. Fears paralyze you, they stick to your body and hinder you from moving and stepping forward, they can block you from allowing love and awareness to come into your body. Most of our fears are subconscious beliefs and hold a strong imprint in our bodies which are creating our realities. Everything you see outside is a reflection of what you hold inside, which means everything you are seeing and experiencing in your life right now you are holding it inside at an energetic level that you may not even be consciously aware of. So now you may be asking how do I know what fears am I still holding on to and how do I release them? Great question! First it helps to become aware of the fears and beliefs that you hold inside. Most beliefs and even fears are imprinted in our lives at a young age and if we don’t learn to release them they can grow and become deep imprints and energy blocks in our bodies.
So let’s start the awareness process shall we? This is one of the techniques that I have been taught by my mentor, Christie Sheldon, and has helped me release a lot of fears and subconscious beliefs and reprogram myself. It is basically asking yourself a lot of questions like the following:
Do I believe….?
Do I fear….?
Do I hold the subconscious belief/fear towards…..?
Where in my body do I hold the belief or subconscious belief that…?
Where in my body do I hold the fear of….?
Where in my body do I have a subconscious belief that….?
Where in my body do I hold the energetic patter that says…?
Next you want to tune in to your body and feel where you sense the belief/energy/pattern.
Asking questions and tuning in to your body is a great way to start opening up yourself to becoming aware. If you hold a heavy emotion towards that belief you are likely to be able to feel it.
Now it’s time to release the belief and fear inside of your body! The next thing to do is send lots of light to the part of the body where you are sensing the energy and clearing it by saying some powerful clearing statements.
I choose to clear this fear from my body now and forever.
I choose to release all of these beliefs with ease, love and grace.
I transmute this energy with the violet flame back into light.
I also say the following clearing statements that I have learned from my mentor, Christie, you can find her at christiesheldon.com.
I clear and transmute this energy across all time, dimension, space and reality.
This allows you to clear the energy from wherever it may be stuck and it also brings the powerful feeling of grace into the mixture so that you can no longer hold any heavy emotion towards it instead be grateful for it. Then you want to fill yourself up with more and more love, light and guidance. So follow with these statements:
I am ready to receive more light
I am allowing more love to come into my life
I am receiving more guidance
I am receiving love, light and blessings in all ways.
Ready to try it? Let’s clear our subconscious beliefs towards money.
So just relax and imagine yourself surrounded by a bubble of pure golden light.
Do I believe money is evil?
Do I hold the subconscious belief that money is hard to get?
Do I hold the frequency that having money will make people not love me anymore?
Do I have a fear towards money?
Where in my body do I hold this fear of money?
Remember you can ask as many questions as you want, and you can ask whatever question comes up, no matter how silly or untrue it may seem like.
Next tune in to your body. Do you feel any sensation?
Where ever you may have felt them, I want you to take a deep breath and release ths energy with each exhale by saying the clearing statements:
I choose to clear this fear towards money
I choose to release all of my subconscious beliefs towards money
I transmute these patterns with the violet flame across all time, dimension, space and reality.
Bring in more light into your body and follow by saying:
I am ready to receive money
I am allowing more love and money to come into my life
I receive more money every day from all ways
Keep doing this until you feel lighter, until you feel the energy being released and you no longer sense it. Remember everyone is different and everyone has their own process, for some it may take longer to release than others. It does not matter, you focus on you and do it as many times as you need to. Love yourself enough to do it as many times as you feel guided to.

In this scale the lowest frequency is shame vibrating at 20. The emotion associated with shame is humiliation and the life view is miserable. Which means if you are feeling miserable, humiliated or shameful you are in a low vibrational state and remember the universe is responding to your vibration. You are then going to be experiencing events, things, people that will keep you resonating at that same level.
Most of us have a lot of these lower frequency emotions hidden within us but the good thing is that a lot of these hidden, suppressed emotions are coming out to the surface so that you can let them go.
Here is what the scale looks like:

So the purpose is to bring more awareness and go deep inside of yourself by asking yourself what am I feeling? Am I feeling anger, hatred, despair, fear? And when you become aware you have the power to change your frequency and move up the scale by releasing and transmuting the energy.
We are going to go through the five senses to receive guidance:
1. What do I need to see in order to raise my frequency?
Think about what you are watching on TV, internet, newspaper, magazine, at work, at home that may be keeping you at a lower frequency.
2. What do I need to listen to in order to raise my frequency?
Think about what/who you are listening to, music, TV, videos, people at work, people at home that may be keeping your vibration low. If you have to listen to someone like your boss or co-workers but know their energy is keeping you at a low frequency ask the following:
How can I receive nothing but love and light from this person? What do I need to clear from my own body and energy field to only attract love and light from this person? How can I be completely neutral and not take any lower vibration from this person?
3. What do I need to eat in order to raise my frequency?
What are you eating, drinking, snacking on that may be keeping you in a lower vibration.
4. What can you say to raise your frequency?
Think about your words that you are using that may be heavy and keeping you in a lower vibration. What songs can you sing, hum that can also help. Who are you talking to that may be bringing you down? What can I do in order to only speak love and light to others and myself?
5. What do I need to smell in order to raise my frequency? (I totally missed this one in the video, sorry!)
Think about what you can start smelling that can help you raise your frequency. These could be any kind of oils, scents, perfume, and/or anything that you feel guided to smell.
6. Which direction can you step into in order to raise your frequency?
Think about your work and home environment and whether those places are bringing you love and joy and peace. If not, ask what can I do to step into a different reality within that environment and only receive love and light from these places? Or how can I step out of these places? How can I move towards a different direction and a different environment?
Write your answers down and comment below if you receive any new and interesting awareness. Remember to always keep yourself open to receiving your answer from anywhere around you, the universe and your body is always sending you messages.

You may think that I am totally and completely crazy when I say this but there is power in loving the ascencion Journey or road trip. Yes, I know it is not very comfortable experience; in fact it can be painful at time but yet we actually signed up to go through the process and the best thing to do choose to do love it. Now can I actually love and enjoy the ascencion journey? Let me explain.
Think of the ascencion as the ultimate road trip that will allow you to get to paradise! Yes, we are all ascending to a higher dimension, to a better reality, where there is nothing but joy and love and amazingness. It’s like going from a cold, scary, dark dungeon (aka 3D world) to a beautiful warm, sunny beach resort (or whatever you may want to associate paradise with; aka 5D world). And throughout the road trip you’re going to experience wind storms, and rain and thunder, your car make breakdown and you are going to pull up to the side of the road and ask for help (aka your body may not function as well), you may also get extremely road sick; dizziness and headaches may occur, and you may need to pause your daily activities, you may feel lost and confused and not sure if you’re going in the correct direction, you may feel drained from all the driving and you may have to sleep and rest a lot which may cause you think that you’re getting left behind or you’re not going to make it. All the driving may make you super emotional, nostalgic and you may end of crying or releasing a lot of emotions while you’re driving. Your body may start to hurt from all the sitting, which again may cause you completely stop and rest.
Now in spite of all of what I just mentioned, you may feel like quitting or even going back to the cold, scary dungeon because it was familiar and you may have gotten used it but deep down you know that is not the place to stay. So think about it, when you take a long road trip, would you let all of these experiences stop you from continuing the trip? Especially when you know what is waiting for you, and you know how beautiful the beach resort is going to be, you have all the support with you because In fact I didn’t mention is but you’re not alone in this road trip, there are a lot of cars right alongside with you making the exact same road trip. Most of us are going to the same resort, to new Earth to a higher dimension and we are all going through the same experiences, wind storms, car problems, body issues, and so on. We are all encouraging each other, cheering each other on, healing each other, sharing resources, sharing knowledge, sharing our light so that we all make it together.
Now think about this, what do you do when you go on a road trip to make it more enjoyable and fun (share it in the comments)?? You bring your favorite music, your favorite jams, your favorite movies, you bring comfortable clothes, your favorite snacks, audio books, anything that will help you throughout the journey. Doing things that you love, listening to things that raise your vibration will undoubtedly help you enjoy the ride so much more. Now again, you may need to stop and fix some things, sleep, get more water, gas and food but don’t worry you’re not getting left behind because again everyone is having to do the same things and plus there is no “time” in which you need to arrive, everyone will get there in their own perfect time.
So what do you do if you start feel like this is too much, too unbearable, too harsh, too tiring, too anxious, etc.? First of all don’t hold them inside, become aware of them but then don’t keep them with you, release them! Remember you always have a choice to release anything that is heavy, by bringing more love, by breathing in light, transmuting the fears, finding something to be grateful about, helping others, taking a way in nature, etc. When you choose to look at the ascencion journey through the eyes of love and grace everything changes. In fact you can also choose to ask for guidance so that you make the journey more fun and enjoyable, less painful and lonely, less emotional and challenging and even if those experiences may need to be experienced choosing love and grace will allow you to be happy and joyful during those periods of times.
Another tip for you is to keep letting go of all your unnecessary baggage, just throw it out the window. Remember we may be carrying a lot more luggage than we actually need and your car (aka body) will be letting you know throughout the journey what you need to dispose off, so be ready to just release it so that you can travel light. The lighter you travel, the easier things will be, the more you will enjoy the journey and the quicker you will get to the resort.
So no matter how you’re feeling, what you’re experiencing, we are all in this journey together and we are all helping each other get to 5D! So let’s try our best to enjoy this once in a life time road trip!

Ascencion Symptoms, are you experiencing pain?
Ascencion comes with a lot of symptoms and experiences mainly because our bodies entered a very dense reality and as we raise our frequency during the ascencion process there are a lot of biochemical processes and changes that have to occur in order for our bodies to hold more light. Remember we willingly come here with karma, with fear implants, with chords, blocks just to name a few of these heavy duty energies, so it is going to take a lot from our bodies to be able to release all of this and allow and integrate all the light that is coming through right now (which is a lot, way more than we have experienced in the past, hence the reason why we are all going through a massive spiritual awakening) So yes, the ascencion journey comes with a lot of physical changes that may or may not feel comfortable at times. One of the ascencion symptoms that I want to talk about today is a kind of physical pain that it seems like it literally comes from nowhere. You didn’t do anything that seems logical for the pain to appear, it is just something that appears suddenly without a lot or any logical explanation. I personally have experienced quite a bit of this kind of pain before and after I had my spiritual awakening. After I had my spiritual awakening I was much more aware of what was going on and it was easier for me to release the energy that was blocked in my body.
A couple of days ago I experienced this symptom again, I basically felt a very sharp pain on my back. Again its one of those things that slowly creeps up on you, without you really being aware until you start to feel the pain. I had this sharp back pain appear about two years ago and it went away rather quickly but this time around it stayed a bit longer. It made me wonder what was going on. So I realized that a lot of us may be experiencing ascencion symptoms that we have not experienced in awhile and new ones that we may not have experienced before. And again the amount of light that is coming forth right now is so massive that a lot of the things that we may have done in the past may not be working as fast this time around, which means is extremely important to honor your body in every ways. Do what you feel guided to do while you are experiencing whatever it is that you are experiencing, whether it’s sleeping and resting more, meditating, drink more water, always ask your body what it needs from you, how you can support the process. Being outside and close to nature is always very healing and nurturing for our bodies, so just keep that in mind.
Another important thing I want to say about this, is to not judge the process specifically the time frame in which your body will take to process whatever it is that it’s processing, releasing or integrating. Your body is very aware of what is happening and sometimes we just need to let it do its thing while we provide support and love. Just like the song says, Love is all you need, being the energy of love and loving actions towards yourself. Giving yourself so much self love is I think one of the other crucial things that this process is helping us do. Sometimes we are too quick too judge, we compare ourselves and our experience with other people, or we pay too much attention on the time, the time that it takes our bodies to go through this process. It is important that you let go of all of that and just be, be present with your body, be loving towards your body and that will even allow things to happen faster.
It is also very important to release all sense of fear, uncertainty and worry that may come up during these ascencion symptoms especially when you may not know exactly what is happening or why these symptoms are coming up. If you wish to become aware, then simply talk to your body and ask for more awareness and allow for the answer to come.
Whatever it is that you are experiencing whether is physical pain, or extreme tiredness or dizziness remember that your body knows what is happening and can communicate with you so that you know how to best assist it. So if it’s time to have a 101 talk to your body now is the time to do it.

A lot of things are coming up to the surface for all of us. Some of those things deal with our past, specifically past relationships, it could be past romantic relationships, business relationships, family relationships, the list goes on and when we think of that person with a heavy emotion, being anger, resentment, confusion, sadness it may mean that we are attached. Not only are we attached to that particular person but primarily to that emotion. Most of the times that person brings up an emotion that we still hold within us from when we were young or small. A lot of the times it is not even about that person, that person is only showing us the emotion that we still have attached within from something or someone that is completely unrelated to them.
Now is the time to finally release yourself from the blocks that these past relationships have brought.
Bring in more light into your body, mind and heart and you this will help you heal your past.

#myawakeningexperience: This weekend was pretty interesting. I don’t think I have felt quite the same before, I was a bit tired, not wanting to do anything and not feeling any emotion at all, which might seem bizarre but I realized that the less emotional attachment we have towards anything the lighter and freer you will be. I am still recuperating from last month which was extremely intense for me and even though I still have one side project to complete I knew that I needed to take time to just be and sometime that means doing absolutely nothing. Quite contrary from what others or society want you to do do but you just have to listen to your body and your heart even if it goes agains everything you have known or have been taught. It’s a process trust me, trying to re-learn is what we have to do but you will feel and live so much happier.
Anyway to end this I will just say this too shall pass. Whatever you are going through, whether you feel totally drained, or emotional, or confused, overwhelmed, depressed, stressed out, etc. know that it is normal and it is part of the process. Now when I say normal it doesn’t mean that you always have to go through it in fact once you are ok with that being part of the process THAT may be the last time you experience it because you will have learned to love it, and love transforms everything! So just be with the emotion, or feeling and do what your body and heart are guiding you to do.
Hang in there! All is well!
The energy that we are all feeling and experiencing right now is assisting us in many ways even if we are experiencing it as an increased amount of emotions, stress and even pain. Our bodies are trying to release a lot of karma, a lot of energy blocks, a lot of programming and most of us planned exactly how this would occur before we incarnated here.
Even though it we may be going through an immense amount of stress, anxiety and overwhelm here is what is actually going on: everything is accelerating, quickening and helping us to awaken in the fastest way possible and that may mean that we may need to experience the exact opposite in order to shake us up and “force” us to choose what we really want and Awaken us to who we really are.
We may be experiencing a lot of emotions that we may have not felt in a long time, a lot of anger and sadness is coming up to the surface and since we are all connected we may also be feeling the pain and suffering that others are feeling at a very intense level. In my experience the best thing to do is not to fight it, don’t go against the flow of this energy, and instead use this energy to create more love. Appreciate and bring the power of grace into every situation that you are dealing with and you will see how you will be able to feel so much more at peace with anything that may be going on in your life and it will give you the strength to endure it and the power to take more control over it.
You may be asking how can I also help those around me that are also dealing with the heightening of emotions and stress, again remember we are all connected and there are a lot of emotions that we are all experiencing as a collective so the more you clear your own stress and transmute your emotions you will be helping other people clear theirs as well. Taking care of you and clearing your own baggage does more for the world than we can truly imagine right now so don’t feel guilty or shameful for taking time to be alone and doing what you are guided to do for you as you’re truly doing it for the world as well.
These times are truly magical; we are all at the most exciting and intense part of the roller coaster but we signed up for this, we wanted to ride it because we knew that in the end it was going to be one of the most rewarding things could do for this planet. Bloating, birthing and more
Have you been feeling bloated lately? If so, you’re not the only one. I recently heard three fitness gurus talking about the subject and I knew that it was a collective experience. I started feeling unusually bloated since three weeks ago and I wasn’t quite sure why, I wasn’t eating too differently, I was starting to workout a bit more but I still felt my lower tummy larger than usual. Now from my past experience I’ve learned to let things be and ask questions instead of labeling things or trying to fix things; there is always a higher purpose to everything and I knew my body was doing something that was helping me in some way or another manifest what I was asking.
The answer came from two other spiritual teachers that I listen to. As I was listening to one of their videos and all of a sudden the answer came. They briefly mentioned how one of the many body changes one experiences as you physically ascend is your belly starts to blow up literally aka you feel bloated. The cool part about it is that the meaning is quite literal, not only is your body expanding but so is your power and your sense of control. In fact in may even look like you’re pregnant and about to give birth and you are, you are birthing a new reality, a new world and stepping into a new dimension.
Our body speaks to us in more direct and literal ways than we may think, it’s just a matter of asking what is going on and keeping your ears, mind and heart open for the answer.
Now you may be experiencing other symptoms that may also be associated with birthing pains, the exact ones that you experienced when you were literally pregnant with your children and if that is the case, now you know what may be happening. The caveat to this is always ask your body never assume anything.
Here are three ways to best go through this bloating experience:

I was talking to my friend the other day and he mentioned that his legs have been hurting lately. They didn’t use to hurt before and he feels the pain more and more. I didn’t realize it until after we had finished the conversation that I have also been experiencing pain in my legs too. Sometimes I come home after a long day at work and my legs feel sore almost as if they are growing pains! So I started thinking of whether we were both experiencing pain for the same reason and the answer came to me: we were not. Even though we are both going through similar situations my friend we are all different and it’s important to tune in to our bodies to see what is going on because it could be a different message for each person.
Now let’s talk about the legs. Our legs allow us to move in the world, they are what we use to step forward, it is what connects us and grounds us to the earth and supports our body. What could pain in the legs possibly mean? Well one thing is for sure, most of the messages that the body is trying to tell you are most often than not very literal. So if you think about the actual function of that particular part of the body it could very likely be a clue to why you’re having that pain or discomfort.
Experiencing pain in the legs has to do with movement, with going forward, stepping out or towards what you desire. Are you moving towards your higher goals, are you stepping in the direction of the things that will bring you love, peace, happiness and abundance? If you’re feeling pain your body may be trying to let you know that you’re not going towards your desired direction. There is likely an energy block in your legs and in your life that is preventing you from being in the flow and allowing things to come easy In your life. Remember life is about a constant flow, your whole body is always moving and changing inside but if there is a block in your body, if you’re resisting something in your life then your body will let you know through pain.
If you’re feeling more of a discomfort as in growing pains like myself you may very well be growing in your power, standing taller and grounding more into a new reality.
It personally feels as if you were 7 years old and just want to lay down and rest. You may not be literally growing in height although anything is possible right? But hey its still pretty exciting and you’re less grumpy or angry about the discomfort that it brings. When you know/feel/sense that you are indeed moving towards your desires and you’re ready to make the big changes and step out of your comfort zone then you will know that this discomfort is a sign of you growing into your power and higher purpose. Pretty Cool right? Even though It may be challenging at first it is only temporary and you in the end you will end up being being taller and bigger than you were before.
So pain in the legs could be one or both, a message that you’re not moving in the desired direction and/or a growing pain that you have to go through like when you were little in order to grow into a bigger more powerful being.
So tune in, ask your body what the message is and be open to the answer.
Much change is occurring in your body and the more you ask the more awareness you will have, the easier it will be to move through it.
